Important Shipping & Delivery Information
We are 100% responsible for SHIPPING your order on time according to our current shipping policies. (Please check it in shipping information) We are NOT responsible for DELIVERY of your order on time. Estimated delivery date is provided to you by USPS, and we do not have control over USPS. If your order is delayed and we have shipped it on time, we are not responsible for delay. You need to contact USPS with your tracking number if there is an issue with delivery.
What if I Need Several Packages Sent to Different Addresses?
You will need to make a separate purchase for each address you are shipping to. This way each address will receive a tracking number, and you will be able to see where your packages are in the shipping process at all times.
My Tracking Shows "Delivered" But I Didn't Get My Package?
Package theft is on the rise, please make sure you keep track of your package. We are NOT responsible for package theft. Contact your local police department if you feel your package has been stolen.
Can I Change Shipping Address After Purchase?
Yes, you can change the address after the purchase if your let us know within 2 hours of placing the order. Depending on the volume of orders, we sometimes ship packages the same day. As soon as the box is in the hands of USPS or UPS, we cannot do anything about it. Please double check the recipient's address before placing your order!

At this time, due to the issues with deliveries, we are NOT shipping outside of the United States.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

NIMA Gifts keeps your payment information secure through usage of our processing partners.
Returns & exchanges
NIMA Gifts will replace any items that are damaged during shipping with proof of damage. You would need to email us a picture of the shipping box, and pictures of the damaged item. NIMA Gifts will replace any item that is not correct to the order placed. NIMA Gifts will NOT accepts returns or exchanges.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted Monday through Friday.
Cancellation are accepted for orders place on Saturday, Sunday and during national holidays
